Punch In
Ha! We've already had to punch in! We're still on Tremble Bare aaaaand YES! It sounded like a clean punch in after the bridge!!! Woot! If only Joe hadn't flubbed near the ending, and we're doing a fade out even!!!
2002 - August: Through Dint of Heavy Wishing is formed by Derek, Scott, and Joe with Ryan Hartwell on guitar and Emily Cook on vocals. One month later, "So Beautiful" is recorded as a single.
2003 - Ryan departs. Dave Lively joins on guitar. Work begins in December on debut album.
2004 - January: "The Smartest Wall" is released. March: Emily plays her final show.
2005 - January: Heavy Wishing performs as a punk rock 80's cover band before taking an extended hiatus.
2008 - August: Performing resumes.
2009 - April: Writing sessions for a sophomore effort are suspended due to several personal hurdles. December: Oliver Priddy joins on guitar; Dave takes a sabbatical.
2010 - March: studio work finally begins on second album. Dave officially departs from the band at the beginning of summer.
2011 - September: Writing sessions begin. December: "Today Never Happened" is released.
